Please send us your graphic or label design files; the files should be 300 DPI and acceptable formats include JPEG, PNG, and PDF. Not every logo will work on every label size, and if there are any issues with the files, we will contact you via email with any concerns we have. If you don’t know how to make a design file, please contact us, we are glad to help you.


New orders will receive a digital mock up of the printing to ensure scale and spacing are accurate via email to the email address you provided. Accepted designs then move into printing and are shipped out using Fedex or DHL express. Production times may fluctuate based on current order volume. Typical lead times will fall between5-10business days.Order information, shipment, and tracking information will be provided via email once the order is confirmed.
