During the transportation of industrial brushes, such as synthetic fiber strip brushes or roller brushes , it is not uncommon for the bristles to become bent or warped. This blog post discuss the reasons behind this issue and provide effective solutions for straightening bent bristles. Causes of Bent Bristles Inadequate Packaging : Using soft cardboard boxes can lead to bristle bending. To avoid this, it is recommended to use sturdy wooden crates or boxes during transportation. Improper Brush Placement : When packing the brushes, it is essential to ensure that the bristles are in close contact with each other. For strip brushes, arrange them in an alternating pattern, as shown in below photo. For roller brushes, ensure they are tightly placed without any gaps.
