HUAWEI discloses relevant patent of power adapters：to reduces temperature and improve safety

 On 10th August 2021,HUAWEI discloses a patent named A power adapter and its production method,patent no. is CN113242670A. It refer to a kind of power adapter and its production method. This power adapter including housing,PCBA and primary cooling unit.The housing has accommodation space inside,there is a line interface the first end,and a power connector on the second end of the housing. The circuit board assembly is set in the accommodating space, and the circuit board assembly is electrically connected to the circuit interface and the power connector. Theprimary cooling unit is covered on the circuit board assembly, and there is a gap between the primary cooling unit and the inner wall of the housing.


According to information, by using this structure, air space will be generated between the primary cooling unit and housing, which increased the thermal resistance between circuit board assembly and housing,The speed of heat transfer from the heating component of the circuit board assembly to the housing is reduced,prevent overheating of the housing for a short period of time when using the power adapter, reduce the temperature of the power adapter housing effectively,improve the overall reliability and security of the power adapter.
