 1.Flow rate. Flow rate is an important factor affecting the effect of oil-water separation. The faster the flow rate, the worse the treatment effect. The general characteristic of oil-water separation is low speed operation. 2.Temperature. The separation effect of the same oil-water separator for different temperatures is different. For food and beverage wastewater with low temperature, the filtration effect of oil-water separator is very good, but if the temperature of oil-water separator is too high, reaching 70℃-75℃, oil will change the viscosity, that is, the density of water will become smaller, which will make the emulsion unstable. It is not easy to achieve demulsification.


3.Material: in the process of demulsification, we need to use fine oil-friendly fiber. The fiber is too thin, the work does not have a supporting force, too coarse to the small droplet can not block the effect. The oil-friendly fiber composite technology can adhere and coalesce the oil droplets that have just been cut open.In the separation process, the super hydrophilic fiber formed a solid water film with super hydrophilic fiber structure material. When the fine oil particles come with the flow of water, the solid water film prevents the oil droplets from passing through, has the effect of separation. The side effect is to increase the resistance of the system.
